Creating product feeds which increase CTRs

Quickparts, the Nordic region’s largest independent spare-parts wholesaler with more than 40 years’ experience and over 100,000 shipments a year, faced a feed-management problem: a single spare part could be listed repeatedly for many appliance models, inflating their country feeds to ~200,000 SKUs with roughly 90% duplicates and harming channel performance. WakeupData stepped in to provide a tailored feed-marketing solution to diagnose and resolve these duplicate-listing issues.

WakeupData asked Quickparts for a CSV of products and manufacturer numbers, used its expression engine to deduplicate listings (if-based expressions), and merged manufacturer numbers into product descriptions for better searchability. The result: feed size dropped from 200,000+ items to 5,100, ad spend fell (from paying for ~20 ads to just 1), Click-Through Rates increased, and segmented Google Shopping feeds produced overall performance improvements.
