Waitwhile implemented a corporate-managed rollout that allowed Louis Vuitton to tailor experiences (including live-host check-in, appointment booking, curbside pickup, capacity controls, and SMS communications) across stores worldwide. The platform now supports 331 Louis Vuitton stores and has served over 2M customers, giving teams real-time visibility and analytics to reduce wait times, monitor performance, and consistently deliver VIP customer experiences.
