Case Study: Anchor improves colleague financial wellbeing with Wagestream

Anchor, a not-for-profit healthcare organisation with 10,500 colleagues, faced significant workforce challenges in 2024 and wanted to improve employee wellbeing by giving staff better tools to manage their money in ways that suited individual needs. Within six months, more than half of colleagues were using the app, over £600,000 had been saved, money-related stress dropped for 82% of members, and flexible pay also helped increase shift uptake and reduce agency spend.
