ARC Inspirations, a hospitality business with around 1,000 employees, wanted a better way to support colleague wellbeing and manage the challenges of moving from weekly to monthly pay after the pandemic. They partnered with Wagestream to roll out Stream’s financial wellbeing platform, giving team members access to pay, tracking, claims, financial coaching, and workplace savings tools built around their income.

With Wagestream’s Stream platform in place, ARC Inspirations saw stronger engagement around shifts and shift picking, fewer payroll queries, and more employees using savings features. Since launch in August 2022, the company opened 110 accounts, while colleagues also used savings pots for meaningful needs such as mental health support and funeral expenses, demonstrating the broader impact of Wagestream’s solution.
