Queensway, a hospitality company with 373 employees, wanted to better support employee wellbeing and make it easier for staff to talk about money and access financial support. To help address this challenge, Queensway turned to Wagestream and its financial wellbeing platform, including tools such as Flexible Pay, Track, Benefits Checker, Savings, Financial Coach, and Discounts.

With Wagestream, Queensway gave employees more control over their finances and personalised support in a 1-1 way. The results were strong: 63% of employees enrolled, 93% used the app to track their wages and shifts, and nearly 100 people made inquiries about their benefits rights.
