Ottobock, the world’s largest manufacturer and distributor of orthotic and prosthetic components, needed to upgrade its CRM solution from GoldMine Corporate Edition so it could support a newer sales channel. With more than 100 CRM users and limited internal resources, the company wanted a smooth transition backed by strong support. W-Systems partnered with Ottobock to guide the upgrade.
W-Systems implemented an upgrade to GoldMine Premium Edition 9.0 using a “walk through” approach and provided training for both end users and administrators. As a result, Ottobock successfully completed the transition, improved its CRM platform, and gained new tools to support growth. The company reported that W-Systems helped improve its CRM environment for over 100 users with minimal internal resources.
