Verio, a provider of online solutions for SMBs worldwide, was struggling to manage customer data across multiple applications for lead management, account management, and order tracking. This created workflow bottlenecks and made it difficult to distribute leads efficiently across the sales team. To address these challenges, Verio worked with vendor W-Systems and chose SugarCRM as its customer relationship management platform.
W-Systems helped Verio deploy and customize SugarCRM, including hosting it on Verio’s own servers, rolling it out to 150 users, building a round-robin lead distribution process, and integrating Pardot for marketing automation. The result was a centralized system that improved sales and marketing visibility, simplified lead tracking, and reduced the need for multiple applications. Verio reported strong long-term success with W-Systems, noting five years without bad experiences and a scalable platform they plan to expand across additional departments.
