A W-Systems Case Study
Truity Credit Union partnered with W-Systems to improve its email marketing. As a community financial institution competing with larger national players, Truity needed a better way to create attractive, targeted, and trackable email campaigns for both promotional offers and member notifications. Its existing process was mostly manual, ad hoc, and lacked automation, segmentation, and reporting.
With W-Systems’ Act-On solution, Truity was able to build branded drip campaigns, segment audiences, automate follow-up based on behavior, and improve personalization across its marketing. The results were strong: open rates increased from 18%–25% to an average of 36% and up to 54%, click-through rates reached 10%, and one event follow-up campaign closed 17% of leads. Truity also saw a surge in credit card applications, with hundreds coming in during the first week the new campaigns went live.
