Star Asia International, Inc., a transportation and logistics company, needed a faster way to equip new sales reps with leads and opportunities. W-Systems built custom Datamyne functionality in SugarCRM and loaded two years of customs data into the system, along with custom dashboards for account-level shipping insights. This gave reps one-click access to shipment details and helped management identify top opportunities and make better staffing decisions. The result was significantly less manual work, high CRM user adoption, and faster, more informed sales prospecting.
