Riva Helps Tandus Centiva Improve SugarCRM User Adoption

Tandus Centiva, a Tarkett company, needed a CRM that would work with its long-time IBM Notes and Domino environment and provide server-side synchronization for contacts, calendars, tasks, and email. The company chose W-Systems’ Riva CRM Integration alongside SugarCRM to support its 200 CRM users and improve adoption of the new CRM system.

W-Systems’ Riva kept SugarCRM and IBM Notes in sync across Notes for Windows and Mac, iNotes, Traveler devices, and iPhone/iPad users, while also enabling email tracking from IBM Notes and SugarCRM. The result was easier data entry, better user adoption, and improved sales productivity, with Tandus Centiva planning to extend use of Riva’s SmartConvert, AssignTo, and opportunity integration features to capture more opportunities and improve forecasting.
