Men’s Wearhouse Turns to SugarCRM for Tuxedo Rental Call Center

Men’s Wearhouse, the large U.S. tuxedo rental retailer, needed a better way to manage leads and schedule in-store fittings after acquisitions and a bridal partnership created a growing volume of prospects. Its existing processes were inconsistent across stores, and off-the-shelf CRM tools could not support the company’s call center and appointment-setting requirements, so it turned to SugarCRM with help from W-Systems.

W-Systems implemented a customized Sugar instance for Men’s Wearhouse, including an outbound call center workflow, an appointment scheduler, a campaign module, and other tailored features. The solution created a centralized, disciplined lead-management process, improved communication between marketing, the call center, and stores, and increased the number of fitting appointments set. Men’s Wearhouse said W-Systems enabled it to add new functionality in days rather than weeks.
