Larson Financial, a firm that helps taxpayers with IRS or state tax debts, was struggling with inefficient manual, paper-based processes and limited reporting in Sugar’s Community Edition. To address these challenges, Larson Financial worked with W-Systems to migrate to Sugar Professional and improve how it managed leads, reporting, and client proposals.

W-Systems implemented user training, upgrade support, and custom lead de-duplication within Sugar, allowing two people to process several thousand leads per day. The new setup also doubled proposal-generation speed, improved reporting, and reduced annual costs from $100K to $25K, saving Larson Financial $75K per year.
