Hyland’s, the homeopathic medicines manufacturer and distributor, needed a better way for its 34 Sales and Customer Care representatives to share customer information, track activity, and manage orders. The company chose SugarCRM to improve collaboration and reporting, and brought in W-Systems to customize the Quotes module so it could support its sales order process more effectively.

W-Systems customized SugarCRM’s Quotes module to streamline how turnover orders are built and emailed, eliminating a slow manual process and the need for a third-party order management vendor. The result was faster workflows, better communication and data accuracy, improved reporting and KPI tracking, and significant cost savings from discontinuing an annual software subscription.
