Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG), the Copenhagen, New York, and London-based architecture and design firm, came to W-Systems looking for a CRM solution to manage its growing contacts and track its architecture project opportunity pipeline. W-Systems implemented Sugar CRM and tailored it to BIG’s needs with Outlook synchronization, color-coded status tracking, custom reports, and dashboards that mirrored the team’s existing spreadsheets and workflows. The new system centralized contacts, relationships, and project data, improving accuracy, accessibility, and reporting speed while supporting international character sets and broader user adoption. As a result, BIG’s marketing and business development teams now work more efficiently and have a scalable CRM foundation for future growth.
