The Jung Center, a nonprofit that has provided continuing education in mental health for more than fifty years, needed to replace its obsolete member management system and eliminate a heavily manual course-registration process. With disconnected website and database systems, staff were hand-keying registrations and credit card details, making data entry slow, error-prone, and difficult to report on. W-Systems helped The Jung Center evaluate a more flexible CRM approach using SugarCRM.
W-Systems implemented a phased, custom SugarCRM solution that included a member portal, an order wizard, and shopping cart functionality integrated with Authorize.net. The new system automated registration, donations, reporting, and content access, reducing manual work and improving data quality. As a result, The Jung Center increased reporting capabilities, improved marketing and budgeting decisions, supported adoption with weekly CRM meetings, and expanded online education with video content and online registration powered by Sugar.
