Gladney Center for Adoption, Texas’ leading adoption agency, needed a more unified way to manage client data and communications across departments. W-Systems implemented custom Sugar solutions including an SMS integration, a client-facing portal called My Gladney, a document generator, and an Informer reporting integration.
