Building Material Distributors, Inc. (BMD), a wholesale distributor of building materials, needed a better way to manage customer communication, project tracking, and shared account data across its three divisions. W-Systems implemented Sugar CRM enhancements including consolidated account data, automated workflows, user-default fields, and a customer portal, helping BMD streamline manual processes and improve cross-divisional communication. The result was better transparency, real-time reporting, stronger project tracking, and improved mobility for users, with BMD deploying Sugar to over 75 users and replacing several laptops with tablets.
