Applied Measurement & Controls (AM&C), a manufacturer’s representative serving industrial customers across New York State, needed a way for its road-based sales team to access CRM information after leaving the office. W-Systems implemented wMobile so AM&C’s sales staff could securely view and update GoldMine records from phones, tablets, and laptops, with email, calendar, notes, dialing, and mapping all tied back to the customer record. The rollout was smooth, and the team quickly saw value: emails sent from phones were captured in customer history, notes were immediately available, and appointments could be set on the go. The result was faster response, better customer management, and improved support for client development and retention.
