Seamless Financing Program Captures Sales, Increases Customer Satisfaction For Abc Warehouse

ABC Warehouse, a Midwest “No Frills” appliance and electronics retailer, faced a major checkout problem: roughly 60% of customers seeking financing were declined by its primary credit provider, leading to embarrassed shoppers and lost sales. To address this, ABC Warehouse partnered with Vyze and adopted Vyze’s lending/financing platform to provide additional, seamless financing options at the point of sale.

Vyze integrated its solution with ABC Warehouse’s POS to run a single streamlined application that waterfalls from the primary lender to Santander Consumer USA and then to Why Not Lease It without extra forms or hard credit hits. The program delivered measurable results: in Q4 2014–Q1 2015 Vyze enabled secondary financing for over 4,000 customers totaling $3.4M (about 3% of sales), more than one in five financed buyers made a repeat purchase within six months, Vyze helped capture over $1.5M in repeat financing sales since 2014, and financing offers were presented to 5,000+ additional customers in 2015 — improving sales and customer loyalty.
