Brandsmart Usa Finds New Way To Succeed Through Financing

BrandsMart USA, a regional appliance and electronics retailer, needed to increase in-store credit approvals and improve the customer experience after customers were routinely turned down and forced to complete multiple credit applications. To solve this, BrandsMart USA partnered with Vyze and deployed Vyze’s seamless, secure point-of-sale financing platform to assess customers’ credit across multiple lending sources from a single application.

Vyze was integrated into BrandsMart USA’s existing sales process to automatically prescreen declined applicants with secondary and tertiary lenders and enable instant acceptance via the register signature pad. The result: offer rates rose to 50% (up 28% year over year), this year’s financed volume reached $2,813,352 (a 35% increase), total program value hit $12,604,535, average financed purchase was $729, and BrandsMart now expects roughly 25% of total volume on credit with more than 90% of customers leaving with their products — all delivered through Vyze’s platform.
