A Vymo Case Study
SBI Life Insurance, one of India’s largest life insurance companies, needed a better way to manage its agency field sales teams and the large network of insurance advisors they recruit and support. With each field representative handling more than 30 advisors, it was difficult to track advisor metrics, meeting outcomes, and day-to-day activity using offline reports. Regional supervisors also lacked visibility into team performance, advisor engagement, and new advisor recruitment. Vymo helped address this challenge with its mobile sales application.
Vymo’s mobile app automatically tracked call logs and geo-location, removing the need for agents to manually update a CRM. The solution also optimized activity-based predictions to help advisors close more sales. As a result, SBI Life saw 77% daily active usage, 93% of planned activities completed, and improvements in both advisor recruitment and activation, with 40% and 32% differences respectively in under eight weeks.
