CreditLoan® is an online financial education platform (founded 1998) that helps consumers with personal loans, credit cards, mortgages and other finance topics. Faced with dwindling email effectiveness—average open rates as low as 1.5%—the team needed a more direct channel to boost engagement and repeat traffic for their blog and site.

They implemented PushCrew push notifications, placing opt-ins on the homepage and blog, sending three targeted messages per week and prioritizing transactional alerts.
