Leading Electronics Distributor, one of the largest consumer electronics and home appliance distributors and retailers in Saudi Arabia, struggled to scale during a period of rapid growth and later recession. The company relied heavily on manual, people-driven processes, SharePoint, and ERP systems, which created poor process visibility, slow ticket resolution, and limited analytics. Vuram was brought in to support its digital transformation using the Appian low-code BPM platform.
Vuram implemented a 360-degree record-view approach and, over 36 months, created or re-engineered 40+ processes across five business units, backed by more than 25 apps and integrations with seven systems. The results were significant: around 80% of people-centric processes were transformed into process-centric ones, customer service ticket resolution time dropped from 26 days to 8 days, marketing losses were reduced by up to 60%, and sales forecasting improved through better analytics.
