Leading Multinational Insurance Company, a Hong Kong-based healthcare insurer, needed to generate member leaflets for hundreds of policy cases each month, but its process was entirely manual. Staff logged into an internal application, copied nearly 300 fields, applied 40+ business rules from mapping tables, and repeated the work across multiple plans, often taking around 4 hours per leaflet and struggling to meet timelines.
