How an Insurance Company Went From Idea to Go Live in 2 Weeks With Vuram's Plug-n-play Solution

The Largest Insurance Company, one of the largest insurers in the Asia and New Zealand region, was relying on manual, paper- and email-based processes to conduct surveys, collect feedback, and track actions. This created delays, limited visibility, and required heavy human intervention across events such as customer onboarding and address changes. Vuram addressed these challenges with its Checklist Automation System (CAS), a plug-and-play Appian-based solution.

Vuram implemented CAS to create reusable checklists and surveys, assign and track tasks across roles, manage templates, capture notes and attachments, and generate reporting on checklist status and responses. The solution went live in about 2 weeks and helped the customer reduce paper use, improve accountability and transparency, speed up turnaround times, lower errors, and automate event-based assignments and notifications across the organization.
