Vuram used Appian-based digital automation to simplify and modernize the process.
Vuram built end-to-end Member Online and Advisor Online solutions that let applications be submitted digitally with real-time validation, integrated member record views, and one-click access to related tasks and tickets. The result was faster processing, a better customer experience, and reduced manual work: more than 80% of online applications were straight-through processed, and nearly 12.8 man-hours were saved in processing claim tax deduction forms.
