Rolling Donut, maker of casual hits like Jewel Star and Slots Pro, needed to improve ad revenue on Windows without hurting user engagement. Low global fill rates (sometimes single digits) and weak eCPMs from other networks left the studio missing as much as 90% of potential ad revenue and risking player experience.

Working with Vungle, Rolling Donut added rewarded video in Jewel Star and interstitials at natural breaks, while Vungle optimized ad delivery. The result: roughly 2x higher eCPM for Jewel Star, 3–5x higher global fill rates, about a 15% lift in overall revenue, longer in‑app engagement, and better control over video length to keep multiplayer games in sync.
