Vy, the Norwegian state-owned transport operator and part of Vygruppen, wanted to help more Oslo residents live without a private car by offering a convenient, all-electric carsharing alternative that fit into the city’s broader public transport ecosystem. To support this mobility challenge, Vy partnered with Vulog and used its AiMA platform to power the service.

Vulog implemented the cloud-based AiMA platform to support Vy’s carsharing operations, future app integration, and new mobility features. The result has been a more robust and flexible service with strong customer adoption, including a reported 10% of customers selling their car after using Vy carsharing. Vy also noted smooth platform migration, professional project management from Vulog, and a foundation for future expansion and MaaS integration.
