Hello Scoot' - Customer Case Study

Hello Scoot, based in Papeete, Tahiti, launched an electric moped-sharing service to give residents and visitors a practical alternative to cars in a city facing congestion, parking shortages, noise, and pollution. To support this island-based mobility project, Hello Scoot partnered with Vulog, using its shared mobility technology to manage the fleet and deliver a digital customer experience tailored to local needs.

Vulog powered Hello Scoot’s electric moped-sharing platform, helping the company run a hybrid model with free-floating access and dedicated parking, while supporting fleet operations, inventory management, and vehicle handling in a challenging island environment. The solution enabled Hello Scoot to offer a sustainable, solar-charged mobility service that decongests roads and fills a gap in Tahiti’s transport options, with the business growing into a recognized shared mobility provider and building a base for future expansion into other vehicle types and nearby territories.
