PRCA, the largest PR association in Europe, needed a better way to manage its quarterly public affairs register. The existing process was time-consuming, required manual chasing and data entry, and the register was only available as a PDF, making it hard to search and never truly real-time. Vuelio’s Public Affairs solution was selected to help address these issues.

Vuelio implemented a system that streamlined member data updates, enabled personalised email requests for members to confirm or amend their details, and published real-time updates to an online register searchable through the main PRCA website. As a result, PRCA simplified its processes, freed up staff time for other tasks, and improved consultancy and support experience with Vuelio.
