Kapiva, a modern holistic Ayurvedic direct-to-consumer wellness brand, faced growing competition in India’s expanding wellness market and needed to improve product discovery, shopper retention and online conversions. To tackle these challenges, Kapiva partnered with Vue.ai to deploy an AI‑powered personalization and recommendation solution across its e-commerce experience.

Vue.ai implemented recommendation modules across the Home, Product, Cart and Order Confirmation pages, introduced product bundling and "Add to cart" buttons on recommendations, ran similar‑product and product‑type experiments, and deployed past‑purchase modules. Within a month Kapiva saw a 17% increase in revenue per visit and a 30% uplift in conversion; overall 23.6% of total revenue flowed through Vue.ai, users engaging with Vue.ai converted 8x more and generated 9.5x higher revenue per visit, add‑to‑cart attribution rose 71% (12.5% → 21.4%), and repeat purchase rate improved from 27.5% to 39.1% (42% lift).
