Vestua, a fast‑growing resale marketplace in South America, needed to personalize shopping for an inventory where every item is unique and to pair customer data with relevant content to keep shoppers engaged. To address this challenge, Vestua partnered with Vue.ai to deploy AI‑powered personalization and recommendation solutions across web and email.

Vue.ai implemented Dynamic Personalization and a suite of recommendation modules—Recently Viewed, Trending, Similar Products (carousel and pop‑up), Cross‑Product, Complete The Look and email recommendations—powered by style profiles and real‑time behavior. Within a month Vue.ai drove a 1.5x increase in product page views and 2x increases in cart additions, add‑to‑cart rate and buy rate; highly engaged users saw ~25% higher AOV, ~38% higher AOS and ~40% higher revenue per buyer. Over subsequent phases Vue.ai delivered a 21% uplift in PDP revenue contribution, a 14% rise in PDP views for engaged users, a 60% increase in sessions exploring more products from the cart, an 11% conversion uplift overall, and accounted for 4.4% of direct revenue and 24.4% of assisted revenue.
