Biggest Diversified Global Retailer, one of the oldest and largest omnichannel retailers with over 350 North American stores, wanted to understand how personalized email recommendations and post-purchase styling could boost engagement, conversion and AOV. They partnered with Vue.ai to test A.I.-driven personalization—specifically Vue.ai’s A.I. Stylist recommendations delivered via email—to extend a consistent, style-focused shopping experience offsite.

Vue.ai implemented dynamic, 1:1 personalized recommendation modules in promotional and post-purchase emails. In A/B testing (10 Sep–3 Oct 2020) Vue.ai’s A.I. Stylist drove a 44% higher engagement and a 12% improvement in conversion versus in-house cross-product recommendations (click-to-open 24.8% vs 17.2%; click-to-conversion 1.9% vs 1.7%), and outperformed a competitor’s styling recommendations with a 48% lift in conversion (2.5% vs 1.7%).
