A VTS Case Study
Landsec, the UK’s largest listed property development and investment company with a 6.5M sq ft office and retail portfolio, needed a better way to access critical leasing and tenant information. Key customer data was scattered across people’s memories, desktop files and spreadsheets, making it harder to maintain strong tenant relationships and slowing down leasing decisions.
Starting with a 2016 pilot, Landsec rolled out VTS across its London portfolio after agents quickly adopted the platform. VTS centralized leasing data, delivered live reporting and mobile updates, and introduced a Tenant Relationship Manager to capture interactions, which transformed leasing meetings, sped up reporting, and enabled senior teams to be more informed and proactive in negotiations.
