Merritt Properties, a full‑service commercial real estate firm founded in 1967 with 16.7M SF across office, industrial and retail in the Baltimore/Washington area, needed a more scalable way to manage leasing activity, occupancy and tenant relationships. With 12 leasing agents across two offices, critical information was fragmented across spreadsheets, calls, Post‑its and Google Docs, making reporting slow, inconsistent and difficult to standardize.
By adopting VTS, Merritt centralized all leasing and occupancy data so agents enter activity into one system, enabling instant, accurate reports, better inter‑team communication and mobile deal tracking.
