Columbia Property Trust, a $6 billion office REIT with Class-A buildings in major U.S. markets, needed to adapt its leasing and tenant communication strategy as COVID-19 disrupted in-person tours, slowed leasing activity, and changed how tenants evaluated office space. To stay competitive, the company turned to VTS and its digital marketing solution, VTS Market, to better showcase properties and support virtual engagement with prospective tenants.
VTS implemented VTS Market to help Columbia Property Trust promote available space, enable virtual tours, and strengthen outreach to brokers and tenants. The goal was to increase qualified traffic, speed up space absorption, and ultimately improve lease execution; Columbia Property Trust said VTS would help drive more tours, faster leasing timelines, and more favorable terms in a more competitive market.
