Krishna Park Infracon (KPI) is a Kolkata-based provider of automated car parking solutions that has delivered over 3,000 installations across India since 2009. As the business grew, KPI relied on spreadsheets and paper for customer data, project tracking, inventory and service contracts — a manual system that wasted hours on repetitive tasks, made sharing and searching information slow and error-prone, and risked late deliveries and missed service appointments.

KPI implemented a customized Vtiger CRM using Contacts, Inventory, Cases and Workflows, plus two new In/Out inventory modules and reorder-level fields. Automated workflows create service tickets, reminders and purchase orders, global search and notifications speed data access, and inventory movements are audited against projects and contracts. The result: several hours saved daily, tighter inventory control, improved collaboration across teams and more reliable, on-time service — boosting overall productivity.
