Breezway, a Brisbane-based designer and manufacturer of louvre windows with sales offices in Australia, Malaysia and Hawaii, faced a decentralized sales model that relied on field teams to manage long, complex project opportunities. The cloud CRM integrated calendars, improved issue tracking via the Tickets module, consolidated manual processes, and delivered measurable results — sales are ahead year-over-year and sales productivity rose about 25%, with a stronger opportunity pipeline.
