Bio-gen Extracts, an Indian nutraceutical company based in Bengaluru, needed better data capture and lead follow-up. Although its internal processes were streamlined, the company lacked an efficient way to track post-lead follow-up and had no metrics to measure lead-to-opportunity-to-sale conversion. Vtiger CRM was brought in to address these gaps.
Vtiger implemented the Leads module in phases, rolling it out user by user with a small test group to uncover issues and refine the process. After implementation, follow-up improved, and Bio-gen Extracts achieved efficient lead conversion for 1 out of 5 users, though the other users still faced compliance issues.
