The Decoral Group, a global aluminum treatments company, faced challenges in customer management across its 16 different societies, as data was siloed in separate ERPs. They needed a highly flexible, easy-to-use, and cloud-accessible CRM to centralize information and optimize internal commercial processes, moving away from a previous inflexible system that required a VPN. This provided Decoral with a centralized system that improved visibility across companies and automated workflows.
