Lenovo Health partnered with VSee to address the challenge of improving chronic care and post-acute care management while keeping patients out of the hospital. The goal was to give providers better visibility into patient health data and enable more proactive care through a telemedicine platform.

VSee implemented a telemedicine solution that combined patient portals, video visits, real-time device uploads, secure cloud data management, and a HIPAA-compliant mobile app with secure messaging and image sharing. The provider dashboard helped clinicians quickly identify which patients needed attention most, enabling timely online intervention and more efficient remote monitoring.
