SpaKinect Telehealth, founded by Alain Gazaui to help medical spas avoid Good Faith Evaluation compliance failures, faced the challenge of delivering compliant, on‑demand evaluations across multiple states while avoiding the limitations of generic video apps (Skype) and basic telehealth tools (Doxy.me). They needed a tailored telehealth workflow that supported triage, provider licensing rules, mobile access, and simple patient onboarding — and chose VSee’s customizable telehealth platform to meet those needs.
VSee built a customized platform for SpaKinect Telehealth with features like separate client waiting rooms, no account creation for patients, provider management to prevent out‑of‑state approvals, and on‑the‑fly waiting room controls. As a result, SpaKinect scaled from about 20 to roughly 180 patients per day, expanded coverage hours from 6 to 18 per day, reduced average wait times to 72 seconds, issued over 90,000 treatment approvals, and expanded into new states within three months — outcomes SpaKinect attributes to VSee.
