St. Mary’s County Library, a three-branch system with about 100 employees, needed a reliable way to communicate and run meetings across locations. After trying several tools, the library’s IT team selected VSee to address inter-branch communication and remote participation needs.

VSee was deployed for weekly staff meetings and desktop sharing, letting employees join from branch workstations or personal laptops when away from the office. The vendor’s solution now handles the library’s inter-branch communication, improved meeting participation across all three branches, and was the fourth product they tried but the first they liked.
