The customer's production was dependent on gas lift compressors, which were experiencing frequent trips that hampered efficiency and prevented the facility from meeting its output targets. The technical team struggled to troubleshoot the issue and sought a predictive analytics solution.

Using its no-code AI platform, VROC analyzed 35,500 sensor tags to forecast compressor health, predict time to failure, and identify the root cause of integrity issues. This solution enabled the customer to improve trip and damage avoidance dramatically. VROC helped achieve 100% compressor availability (up from 60%), 99.4% utilization (up from 94.5%), and 100% flaring compliance (up from 50%), resulting in RM 15.6 million in value from avoided production losses and costs.
