White Knight Recruitment, a South England specialist supplying administration and clerical staff to the NHS and public sector, faced time-consuming admin and duplicate data entry when managing candidate skills testing across separate platforms. As an existing user of both Voyager Software’s Voyager Infinity and ISV, they needed a smoother way to send tests, review results and present only suitable candidates to clients.

Voyager Software implemented the Voyager Infinity–ISV integration, enabling tests to be emailed from inside Infinity, results to feed back automatically into My Infinity, and alerts to prompt review. The integration has removed duplicate data entry, saved consultants “lots of admin time,” provided instant visibility of candidate suitability and improved client outcomes by ensuring clients interview only higher‑calibre candidates.
