Case Study: Structure Tone achieves efficient delivery scheduling and saves 25 hours a week with Voyage Control

A Voyage Control Case Study

Preview of the Structure Tone Case Study

Managing Commercial Interior Construction with Limited Site Resources

Structure Tone used Voyage Control to manage logistics for the interior fit-out of the American Airlines Skyview 8 project in Fort Worth, Texas. The job was especially complex because it sat within a larger campus build, required deliveries to four different points across a large site, and needed tight control of dock access, labor timing, and on-site equipment to avoid congestion.

Voyage Control implemented a cloud-based scheduling platform that let Structure Tone update delivery times and locations in real time, keeping subcontractors, loading gates, and resources like forklifts and man lifts coordinated. In the first year, the team scheduled more than 1,000 deliveries across 25 trades and saved 25 hours per week by replacing manual phone- and text-based scheduling, reducing conflicts and helping deliveries move in and out more efficiently.
