Malorama, a leading Norwegian surface treatment supplier, wanted to digitize the expert in-store advice behind its Fargerike retail brand and deliver the same level of service across store, phone, chat, and online channels. Voyado Elevate provided AI-driven search and relevance capabilities as part of a broader ecommerce redesign that connected multiple systems, including platform, PIM, CRM, logistics, and payment tools. The result was strong engagement: around 40% of visitors used search, and search-driven conversion reached 11–12%, showing that Voyado Elevate helped Malorama improve product discovery and online sales performance.
