MegaFlis strengthens future online shopping with Elevate

MegaFlis, the Norwegian home supply and improvement retailer, needed a way to scale its e-commerce experience as its assortment grew from about 8,000 products in stores to nearly 19,000 online. The company wanted a more stable, scalable, and personalized platform that could better recreate the inspiration and product feel of the in-store experience for online shoppers. To meet this challenge, MegaFlis worked with Voyado Elevate.

Voyado Elevate was implemented as part of a new commerce setup, delivering AI-powered search, navigation, recommendations, and merchandiser controls for promotions, pinning, and personalized product listings. The platform went live in six months and helped MegaFlis achieve a significant increase in both conversion rate and average order value, alongside better performance and more relevant search results. Voyado Elevate also gave MegaFlis a stronger foundation for future personalization across channels such as email, campaigns, newsletters, and stores.
