Voyado Elevate’s platform replaced manual rules with machine learning that automatically adjusts product exposure based on real-time browsing signals and campaign needs. The solution delivered a peak profit uplift of up to 12% and an average profit increase of 6.2% versus prior revenue-based strategies, reduced manual workload for merchandisers, enabled fast site‑wide campaigns, and—after moving to the vendor’s cloud—maintained high performance and 100% availability during peak events like Black Friday.
