Barnas Hus yields higher conversion rate using Elevate

Barnas Hus, Norway’s leading provider of baby and children’s clothing and accessories, wanted to strengthen its online business while maintaining the same high level of service it offered in-store. As part of the HTS company group, the retailer also needed a new e-commerce setup that integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and could deliver fast, reliable performance as traffic grew.

Voyado Elevate was implemented together with Optimizely and Avensia to provide search, navigation, and product recommendations that were more relevant and automated. The result was a 15% increase in conversion rate in the first six months of 2021, along with a positive trend in average order quantity. Barnas Hus said Voyado Elevate also created strong potential for further efficiency and online sales growth.
